Six Sigma Black Belt Course
Six Sigma Black Belt Course is designed to improve process performance, deliver high-impact projects and achieve significant cost savings. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt individual is a professional who can explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools.
Black Belt Participants will demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities. Black Belt Participants will gain thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
Black Belt Participants will gain knowledge of Lean enterprise concepts, are able to identify non-value-added elements and activities.
The only method to earn an IASSC certification is to successfully sit for and pass an official IASSC certification™ exam. We upon request provide access to IASSC Certification exams with an additional cost.
Duration : 15 Days
“Our Black Belt Program consists of 15 hours of online training prior to beginning five 24 hour in-class sessions conducted over a 5 month period. We also conduct one-on-one teaching / project application mentoring which provides each student with an addition 25 hours of direct total learning time. For a total Black Belt Program duration is in excess of 140 hours.“
